WHAT:

The demolition of the PNC bank building at 390 S. Main Street.


The PNC bank building is being torn down and the lot will be resurfaced. Zionsville Locksmith & Safe is included in this demolition project.


WHY:

The PNC bank building is currently vacant. The demolition project is a symbolic moment for the future of the gateway into Zionsville’s historic Brick Street. The demolition is also the first stage of the Gateway Development Project, a discussion of how this area will look in the future. For those interested in participating in this public input process, more information will be available soon.


“This is a visual symbol that we are moving forward with priorities to reinvent the gateway into our town,” said Mayor Emily Styron. “We will be engaging and activating the entire community and sharing the community’s vision with developers as we work together on plans for the future.”
