A second Zionsville business has signed an agreement to lease office space in Zionsville Town Hall. 120WaterAudit, a zWorks graduate, is currently located in downtown Zionsville and will be expanding to the second floor of Zionsville Town Hall in the offices dedicated to zWorks businesses.
120WaterAudit is a cloud-based software and managed services company that helps customers plan, manage and execute water quality and infrastructure programs.
In addition to 120WaterAudit, zWorks graduate Clear Software also leases offices space in Zionsville Town Hall.
Town Hall’s “zWorks 2.0” suites are designed to accommodate businesses that have graduated out of zWorks but are not quite ready for standalone office space. The area includes three office suites, a conference room, a breakroom and close access to all Zionsville Town Hall conference rooms.
“When we designed Town Hall, we felt it was important to create a space for zWorks graduates who have outgrown the offices on Cedar or Pine, but are financially not prepared to move into an office. We want to keep these businesses here in Zionsville and provide an accommodating and flexible work space in a great location with attractive amenities,” said Mayor Tim Haak.
Both businesses lease space on a month-to-month basis and the rent varies based on the square footage of the suite.
“We are thrilled to be able to expand our team and footprint in Zionsville,” said 120WaterAudit Co-Founder & CEO Megan Glover. “Zionsville has been a great partner for 120WaterAudit as we've grown the business and we appreciate the continued support.”
