    Here’s a chance for you and your dog to get out and explore the Zionsville Parks this fall. Registration for Tails on the Trails is free.   2. Nature Photography Workshop

    September 22, 2018, 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM @ Zion Nature Center

    Learn to capture the beauty of fall in photographs! Join Naturalist and Photographer Jackie Curts for a workshop on Nature Photography. This workshop is designed to develop your creative and technical skills. You will learn about composition, lighting, depth of field, creative blur, and much more. The workshop will consist of classroom time to learn to see through new eyes and a hands-on session to practice your new skills with the instructor’s guidance. Bring your own camera, preferably a DSLR or bridge camera. Dress for the weather, as a portion of this workshop is outside. Jackie Curts is a professional photographer who specializes in wildlife photography. She has traveled the nation shooting her favorite subject – wildlife in its natural habitat. Closer to home, Jackie is a Naturalist who enjoys sharing her knowledge with others. She has been a photography instructor with Ivy Tech Community College and has taught various photo workshops through Indy Photo Coach.
