Consideration of an Additional Appropriation Resolution from the Hampshire Road Fund of $249,654.00 to fund improvements to CR 400 S. and CR 500 S. and from the Road Impact Fee Fund of $338,102.50, including $289,400.00 to fund the required study to update the Road Impact Fee Ordinance and $48,702.50 to refund partial road impact fee payments to Aria Zionsville, LLC for a road impact fee reduction (PUBLIC HEARING).
