Tails on the Trails

September 1 - October 31, 2020

Tails on the Trails is an opportunity for you and your dog to get out and explore the Zionsville Parks this fall. Each walk your dog completes earns a chance to win one of our weekly wag bag drawings. Complete 6 of the 8 walks to finish the spree and win a prize. Registrants have until October 31 to complete their walks.
  • Last Day to Register for Tails on the Trails is October 15!
  • Share your experience on social media with hashtag #tailsonthetrails
Zionsville Parks supports the Yellow Dog Project. If you see a dog with a yellow ribbon, remember to give them space.

For questions, please email the Zion Nature Center

Submit a Completed Walk

Beginning September 1, remember to submit your completed walks for entry into our wag bag drawings and to complete the walking spree and win your prize. Last day to submit your walks is November 1.

Group Dog Walks
You can finish the walking spree on your own or join the Zionsville Parks for weekly group dog walks. Group walks are a great opportunity for you and your dog to socialize and gather information about the parks and programs.
  • This year all group dog walks will require registration to attend.
  • Human participants will be limited to 15.
  • Human participants are asked to wear a mask.
  • We will follow social distancing guidelines.
  • There are two group walks scheduled for each of the 8 trails.
